Your business is very important to us and when an appointment is made, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation so that we might provide that opening for another client.
12 Hour Cancellation Policy:
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours in advance (by phone, text, or email) because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked months ago. Should you need to cancel an appointment within 12 hours of the appointment or do not show for the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value will be placed on your account and due at the next service visit.
Additionally if this is a regular occurrence (3 or more incidents), a credit card will be required and will be placed on file and charged 100% of appointment value at the time of said appointment.
This policy is not intended to harm or offend any client, it is simply a precaution that protects the stylists and the salon for revenue lost due to last minute cancellations that prevent us from filling the appointment time, or “no shows.” The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform those clients on a waiting list of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
